Hi Everyone,
Firstly, for those of you who are new to our Online Community- Welcome! We hope this will be a really useful new resources for all our community project champtions to come together and share their tips and ideas .
Therefore it would be great if everyone could give a very quick summary of their project as it stands at the moment, share one thing that they've found really helpful and one thing they've found/are finding a challenge. Then we can all go from there.

My project in Mongolia continues now that I have returned to the UK. Staff I trained in the construction college are teaching a new group of students and are completing their new building on the western fringe of Ulaanbaatar.
